Exchange for a different model within 30 days of delivery.
Original Condition
Item must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
7–10 Day Processing
Returns and exchanges are processed within 7–10 business days.
Return Eligibility
Customers may request a return within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, the item must meet all of the following conditions:
The product is unused and unworn
The product is unopened and in its original sealed packaging
All original accessories, tools, and documentation are included
The item is in the same condition as when it was received
Shipping fees are non-refundable. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Contact Our Concierge
Email support@aurrezon.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and reason for return.

Receive Return Authorization
Our team will respond within 24–48 hours with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.

Ship the Item
Package the item securely in its original packaging and ship it to the address provided. You are responsible for return shipping costs.

Refund Processed
Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at support@aurrezon.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.
