Shipping Destinations
Aurrezon currently ships within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time. Orders placed from outside the United States will not be fulfilled.
Delivery Timeframe
Estimated delivery is 7–10 business days after your order has been processed and dispatched.
Please note that processing typically takes 1–2 business days. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your delivery.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier conditions, holidays, or circumstances beyond our control. Aurrezon is not liable for carrier delays.
Shipping Costs
Shipping fees, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the event of a return or exchange.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number. You can use our order tracking tool to check the status of your shipment at any time.
Packaging
Every Aurrezon timepiece is shipped in our signature presentation box with silk lining, a polishing cloth, and a bracelet adjustment tool. The outer shipping box is discreet and damage-resistant to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition.
