Return & Refund Policy

30-Day Window
Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery.
Original Condition
Product must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
Non-Refundable Shipping
Shipping fees are non-refundable on all returns.
Return Eligibility
Customers may request a return within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, the item must meet all of the following conditions:
The product is unused and unworn
The product is unopened and in its original sealed packaging
All original accessories, tools, and documentation are included
The item is in the same condition as when it was received
Items that have been worn, used, altered, or returned in a condition other than original will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender at their expense.
Non-Returnable Items
Estimated delivery is 7–10 business days after your order has been processed and dispatched.
Please note that processing typically takes 1–2 business days. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your delivery.

How to Return

Contact Our Concierge
Email support@aurrezon.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and reason for return.

Receive Return Authorization
Our team will respond within 24–48 hours with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.

Ship the Item
Package the item securely in its original packaging and ship it to the address provided. You are responsible for return shipping costs.

Refund Processed
Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of us receiving the returned item.
Shipping fees are non-refundable. The original shipping charge paid at checkout will not be included in your refund amount. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at support@aurrezon.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.
