What we ask in return

Just that the watch comes back in the condition it arrived: unworn beyond trying it on, with its case, packaging, and any cards included. That keeps it fair for the next person who's been waiting for theirs.

How to start a return

Email us at support@azure.com with your order number and a quick line on what's prompting the return. We'll reply within [24 hours] with simple instructions. If the return is down to us — a fault, a mix-up, damage in transit — we cover the return shipping. For a change of heart, return postage is on you, which keeps our prices honest for everyone.

When your money comes back

Once your watch reaches us and passes a quick check, we'll process your refund within 3–5 business days to your original payment method. Your bank may take a few extra days to show it — that part's out of our hands, but we'll confirm the moment it's done.

If it arrives faulty

This should never happen, but if it does, it's our problem to fix, not yours. Reach out within 48 hours of delivery and we'll arrange a replacement or a full refund, return shipping included. Every watch is also covered by our 1-year warranty, so you're protected well beyond the return window.
